Following last year’s successful “Grand Lodge Listening Tour”, M.W. Richard J. Stewart will again be meeting Massachusetts Freemasons on the level in town hall-style meetings.
The focus of this year’s Listening Tour is “Massachusetts Freemasonry 2033: our Fraternity in 20 Years.” As the Craft rapidly approaches its 300th anniversary in the western hemisphere, the work we do today shall shape the landscape of the Fraternity in the years to come, it is important to discuss the opportunities and challenges we face moving forward.
We can only begin to plan for what we want our fraternity to look like when we celebrate our 300th anniversary by opening the floor for discussion with the membership base that will propel us forward to that moment.
The Listening Tour stops will each be held at 6:30pm.
The Agenda for each of the tour stops is as follows:
6:30pm Welcome
6:35pm Grand Master’s Opening Remarks
6:45pm Presentation
7:00pm Conversation
9:00pm Collation
The dates and locations for this year’s Listening Tour are:
Tuesday, April 30: New Bedford
Saturday, May 11: Boston
Wednesday, May 29: Brockton
