When Bristol Lodge found out that Bro. MacKinnon (from Charity Lodge in Cambridge, MA.) was to receive his Veteran’s Medal from the Grand Lodge of MA., they opened their Lodge for his presentation. They also invited their Ladies when they found out that my wife Susan was going to be with me! We all went up to the Lodge room (the bible was not opened) after the wonderful meal, for the presentation. This was the first time that Bro. MacKinnon went to any Lodge in Maine and he might start to visit Bristol Lodge. Mrs. MacKinnon enjoyed her rose plant that I presented to her. A good time was had by all!
